With more than 30 years of experience in education and academic leadership, Dr. Pisani oversees curriculum quality, instructional standards, and institutional partnerships across the BuildingBlocs educational system.
The Academy was founded by Aaron B. Kershaw, Founder and CEO of BuildingBlocs Publishing Inc. Kershaw serves as the architect of the Academy’s instructional frameworks, intellectual property, and learner experience. His work focuses on transforming real-world knowledge into accessible educational programs that support personal growth, leadership development, and financial literacy.

Why We Built This
THE BuildingBlocs Academy was born from lived experience. After years in business, leadership, media, and mentoring, founder Aaron Kershaw saw a gap: people weren’t being taught the everyday soft skills that truly matter, how to lead, budget, parent, and communicate.
So he did what any Marine-turned-mentor would do, he built a solution.
