A straightforward launch

Your organization connects people.
The Academy delivers the learning.

01

Agree on the starting point

Identify the people you serve, a first course or pathway, and any access or support needs.

02

Create your partner entrance

Provide your approved logo and welcome. We prepare a branded landing page connected to the shared Academy.

03

Announce and invite

Share your page URL through your website, announcements, email, or existing community channels.

04

Let people begin

Participants register independently. Your organization can add group support when it has the structure and staff to do so.

Start self-guided. Add structure when it helps.

The initial model does not require a new facilitator or additional personnel in participants’ lives. Use your existing relationships and staff. A shared library means we do not rebuild courses for every partner.

A two-week launch can be a planning target once content, access, branding, and the partner contact are ready. Confirm the launch date during setup.

One shared learning framework

Six areas. Many places to begin.

Choose learning that fits the people you serve. Program availability depends on the access arrangement.

Recovery and rebuilding programs sit within Emotional Skills & Well-Being. HR and onboarding additions remain future offerings.

Match support to your capacity

Choose how your organization uses the Academy.

Self-guided access

Participants enroll and learn independently. A useful starting point for organizations ready to announce access.

Partner-led groups

Your existing staff may lead discussions or weekly meetings. Ask about the course resources and facilitator guidance available.

Managed cohorts

Add enrollment coordination, group organization, communication, and progress support under an agreed scope.

Weekly online facilitation

Request scheduled online sessions as an additional service. Group size, frequency, preparation, and staffing determine the scope.

Program training & licensing

Discuss training and licensing for programs such as Family Reset, Trustwork, Built From the Inside, or Pathlight.

Reporting & sponsor recognition

Agree on enrollment, engagement, completion reporting, and recognition that fit the project and available platform data.

Group support, live facilitation, certification, and program licensing are separate arrangements unless expressly included in your agreement.

Funding & pricing

Build the arrangement around actual use.

Start with the access people need. Price additional program access and support according to learner numbers, staffing, and the services selected.

Sponsor learning

Fund a defined community need.

A business can support a nonprofit, church, or community program. Agree on who benefits, what is funded, the access period, and how participation will be reported.

Affiliate partnerships

Explore eligible paid-program referrals.

Ask about approved affiliate arrangements for paid enrollments. Revenue share, tracking, payment terms, and eligible offers are established in a current agreement. Free registrations do not generate a paid-enrollment commission.

Prepare for your first conversation

Tell us who you serve
and what you need.

  • Your organization and primary contact
  • The people you hope to reach and estimated learner count
  • Your preferred courses or learning areas
  • Whether you want self-guided access or group support
  • Any sponsorship, budget, or launch timing needs

Questions before partnering.

Do we need to hire a facilitator to begin?

No. Start with self-guided access and independent registration. If your organization already has suitable staff, you can discuss adding partner-led groups or other support.

Does each organization get its own courses?

Each partner page is an entrance to the shared Academy library. Course access is configured for the agreement; the courses are not rebuilt for every organization.

Can a business sponsor a church or nonprofit?

Yes. Discuss the recipient organization, learning scope, budget, and reporting expectations so the sponsorship has a clear purpose and deliverables.

Are live sessions and cohort management included?

They are optional services. Define support hours, group sizes, scheduling, and charges separately during planning.

How are prices and affiliate terms confirmed?

Request a current proposal. The written agreement identifies eligible access, learner counts, support services, sponsorship deliverables, and any paid-program revenue share.

Let’s build a practical starting point.
